71th Republic day celebrated at IIPA

To mark the 71st Republic day, flag hosting ceremony was organized at Indian Institute of Public Administration J&K Regional Branch in association with SAHYOG INDIA, an organization committed for the Rehabilitation of Special Children and differently abled persons. Flag hoisting was done by Simran, a specially abled child of SAHYOG in presence of Dr Ashok Bhan, IPS (Retd) Patron IIPA J&K Regional Branch and other members of IIPA. The entire programme was organized under the able guidance of Prof Alka Sharma Hony. Secretary IIPA J&K Regional Branch. Prominent persons present were, Dr Anil Gupta, (Joint Secretary), Shri P.P. Sharma, IFS (Retd), Shri Madan Lal, IPS (Retd), Shri K.B.Jandial, IAS (Retd), Lt Col (Retd) Karan Singh, Krishan Lal Gupta, Arun Kumar Sharma, KAS (Retd), Er S.C.Sharma, T.N. Mattoo. Sweets and refreshment were distributed among the Special Children of Sahyog India, who very cheerfully enjoyed the entire ceremony.
